Ice Park
are suppliers of 'real' ice skating rinks using 'real ice' rather than a plastic synthetic surface. Using the 'real thing' means everyone gets the full flavour of real ice under their skates, thereby making a much more memorable experience and always positive social media feedback.
Ice rinks can be installed almost anywhere. Many of our ice rinks are installed over the Christmas period in parks, shopping centres, garden centres etc, but you can also hire for weddings, birthdays or any special occasion / event where people want to have fun on real ice.

Site Survey
Once your event idea has begun to take shape, as part of our comprehensive service, we always offer to visit the proposed site and discuss the event through with our clients thoroughly. Ice Rinks are not super complicated but there is a lot to talk about during the first important meeting, therefore we arrive well prepared with a proper agenda so we can run through everything together in order that we don't miss anything. Working closely with our clients, ensures we get it absolutely right, every time.
Scope of Supply
Following the site visit we will define the scope of supply clearly in a written quotation.
Ice Rink Size
What size ice rink should we hire? Is one of the most common questions we get asked. There isn't one solution for every project, but if we find that if we talk it through the answer will always reveal itself. During the site visit we will help guide you regarding the space required for the rink, skate exchange, ticket office and other equipment.
Project Manager
Once a project is given the green light, your event will be allocated a project manager to liaise directly with your team in order to ensure that the event meets time scales and is exactly as planned.
Installation Team
All our installations are carried out by our fully trained, qualified and experienced field engineering team. The team will fully set up the ice rink to the plan agreed with our clients beforehand. Dismantling takes place with the same care and attention in order to ensure we return the site to its original state before the event.
Health & Safety
We will provide all the necessary RAMS and drawings for your ice rink / ride. Our installation crews always include at least one certified first aider.
Support
We use industrially rated chillers from Europe's leading chiller manufacturers. The chillers we use are designed specifically for ice rinks and are very robust and energy efficient. However if you need support for whatever reason, we are there for the duration from beginning to end. Just call or email us and will sort out any issues. You will not be left wondering or waiting, we will always attend to any issues as soon as we possibly can and keep you constantly updated.
What's Included?
We are flexible in our scope of supply, we can do as little or as much as you are comfortable with and your budget allows. Below are some of the main options that we can help you with:
Package
In addition to the beautiful real ice rink, we can include high quality comfortable ice skates, quality European made, no cheap copies here. We include ice skates in various sizes. Additionally we have the best ice tutors (Dolphins).
If required we can also supply boot changing benches, skate racks, personal lockers and counters / ticket office.
Rink Base
Ice Rinks need a firm level base. If you don't have a level floor, that's no problem we can provide a flooring system to provide the perfect surface.
Covers
Are you wondering if you should cover your ice rink with a marquee, call us we can talk you through the pros & cons. If you prefer your ice rink covered, we can offer a marquee to cover the rink and even construct a boot changing room too if required. In fact its more than a marquee, these are rigid structures, often called temporary buildings, perfect for ice rinks.
Lighting
Creative lighting can make all the difference. We can work with you to supply lighting packages to meet your needs and budget.
Staffing
Many clients prefer to operate the rink themselves. Alternatively we can offer experienced staff to manage the operation of your ice rink for you.
Training
If you prefer to operate the ice rink yourself, no problem, your staff just need to attend our comprehensive training session. We will not leave site until you and your staff are comfortable with your ice rink

We use a standard ice rink an divide it into two parts:
- Ice Skating Area
- Ice Bumper Car Area
Ice Bumper Cars is pretty much one of the coolest things you can do on ice. We know from experience that people will drive miles for a ride on our ice bumper cars. The London event sold out very quickly.
People love ice skating but the Ice Bumper Cars can turn your event into a 'destination', people will come to your event just to experience the fun of the Ice Bumper Cars but at the same time they can have a relaxing skate too. Worth noting that our Ice Bumper Cars are not just for kids, they are powerful enough for an adult and a young child too at the same time.
Double the fun and maybe the footfall too . . . . but not double the cost.

Milano & Venezia
For the ultimate in compact rides, look no further than our ready made Milano & Venezia packages. These attractions have a very small foot print and can often fit into shopping malls. These two packages are brand new, as far as we know these are a world first. They have been shown to massively increase footfall in shopping malls.
Milano
The Milano package consists of two 'Ice Vertigo' slides surrounded by a mini ice skating track. Two attractions into one compact space.
Venezia Package
The Venezia Package includes a single turn Serpentina together with a snow playground. The Serpentina ride turns heads at every event, people talk about it and post on social media in huge numbers.
