New 'Contact Us' Experience

Are you are looking for an ice rink to hire from a professional company.  Are you fed up with calling around and nobody calling you back?  Had enough of 'Press 1 for Accounts, press 2 for Sales'.....etc ?   Leave a message and we will call you back sometime never.  'Your call is important to us but we'll answer when we're not too busy'.   When you finally manage to contact somebody, they don't really know what they are talking about or you have to call them five more times to chase up the quotation you requested weeks ago.  

Here at Ice Park Ltd we are testing a new idea.  When you call us we will answer, if we absolutely are unable, leave us a voicemail and we will call you back same day or normally within the hour if at all possible.   Alternatively send us an email and we will reply to your email, typically within the hour or same day latest. 

We're sure this is a really great idea and we think it sets us apart.  'Contact Us' and put us to the test.
