ICE SKATING RINK

Ice Park Ltd are proud to present a beautiful new ice rink St Nicolas Shopping Centre,
Sutton, London. SM1 1AY
The ice rink is indoors
and so its not affected by rain or wind, meaning you can enjoy skating this Christmas Season regardless of the famous British weather. Since there is no wind the ice surface should remain dry at all times.
Thank you to the whole team at the St Nics shopping centre who have worked very hard to totally change the old shoe shop into a fabulous Christmas skating venue.
Located on the Ground Floor near Debenhams. An old shoe shop has now been transformed into a fabulous real
ice rink with an alpine theme with some wonderful lighting creating just the right wintery feel. With a frosty nip in the air, this skating venue looks and feels like the alps has come to London for the festive season.
Elsewhere at St Nics you will find a truly magical Santa Claus Grotto. Grab a ride on the land train in order to visit both the grotto and the ice rink. See you there!
Zarron Halston-Reid
Zarron is 23 years old from Derbyshire. Its taken Zarron 10 year of hard work to reach this standard of figure skating. Zarron qualified for the British Championships 2018 and occasionally we are lucky enough that he treats us to a few moves like the video above. In his spare time he loves bikes and owns some very fast road bikes including the well known Yamaha R1. From time to time he can be found enjoying a few track days at Cadwell Park, Lincolnshire. At the moment Zarron is currently working on his skating coaching qualification which he hopes to complete next year.
RINK ACCESS
We now have two ramps available in order to allow easy access up to the rink and down again onto the ice. Both have anti-slip strips on the surface.
We try to be as inclusive as we possibly can, if there is still more we can do, please just let the ice rink manager know or contact us directly through this website.

Skating Aids
We have 8 'Dolphin' skate aids (a lot for a small ice rink). However they are available on a first come, first served basis. They are £3 per session (cheapest in the UK?)

Please be aware that the skating rink area includes music and flashing lights.
Following customer feedback, we will be introducing sessions without any lights or music every Wednesday morning from 10-11am.

The ice bumper car event at Woburn was also put together in record time to bring a an exciting event to the MK area. These are the only ice bumper cars anywhere in the UK (unless you know otherwise).

IMPORTANT
The ice bumper cars run to a fixed schedule. It’s important that you arrive promptly, unfortunately refunds and rescheduling are not available. If you are unsure if you can arrive on time, please choose a later slot or consider an alternative day.
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
On Monday 23rd December. Despite the best efforts of our staff, unfortunately we were forced to operate with limited Bumper Cars availability from approx 3pm onwards. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank everyone for their patience & understanding.
We will of course be happy to authorise refunds via Gigantic and offer a free ride between Christmas and New Year, simply presentn your ticket to staff on the desk.
We have since rectified the issues and the bumpers were back up & running without a hitch on Christmas Eve for our busiest day so far.

The village of Woburn Sands is easy to get to from junctions 13 & 14 from the M1. By road the venue is 12min from the centre of Milton Keynes and its 30 mins from Bedford, Luton and Aylesbury.
